Process to design ID cards for students and send to multiple email address using Student ID Cards Maker Software
Step 1: Download and install Student ID Cards Maker Software on your Windows PC or Laptop for designing Identity cards for students.

Step 2: Run DRPU Students ID Cards Maker and choose any one mode to design ID cards for students. For demonstration purpose we have selected “Design Using Pre-Defined Templates” mode.
Step 3: Choose template, select card size, width and height for ID card as per need. Now click on “Fill User Profile” button to add details on templates.
Step 4: Here you can fill all details manually or if you want to generate multiple ID then enter details using Excel file. Use “Browse Excel File” button to fill all details of ID card. You can add image on ID card by browsing path of that image or by capturing image using camera. After filling all details for ID cards click on OK button.
Step 5: Wizard shows inserted details on templates and press “OK” button.
Step 6: Specify card shape, border and background using advance Card Properties. You can add various designing objects including text, line, symbols, watermark, signature, barcode etc using drawing tools. For sending designed ID card to single or multiple email addresses, go to “Mail” menu and click on “Send Mail” option.
Step 7: Now click on “Email Settings” button to configure sender email account. In Email Setting Window, fill sender information, server information and click on “Save” button.
Step 8: Now enter email ID or click on “Browse” button to import multiple email IDs from excel file and enter subject. Adjust “Mail Sending Settings” to send Front Side, Back Side or Both Sides of ID card and other mail settings as per requirement and press ‘OK’ button.
Step 9: Now click on “Send” button to start email sending process.
